Come join us for a special, one day only trip behind our closed sanctuary. This free event is a rare opportunity to see over two hundred thousand migratory birds and many Bald Eagles. Noon - 5pm at our Duck River Bottoms location, 550 Refuge Drive, New Johnsonville.

Here is a sight you might see during our Bald Eagle/Waterfowl Tour. The hunters call them speckle bellies, however the official name is the Greater White-fronted Goose. Corn is considered a hot food and helps warm their bellies after eating. The colder it gets, the more they want to eat crops like corn.
